Questions brands ask us

These are the questions we hear on almost every first call. Short answers, no pitch.

How far in advance should we start planning?

Three to six months is the sweet spot for anything with fabrication or a real footprint. We have pulled off faster, Miami runs on last-minute, but rush timelines limit what is possible and cost more. If your date is eight weeks out, call us today and we will tell you honestly what can still be done well.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Permits are one of the least glamorous and most consequential parts of producing in Miami, and we handle them as part of every engagement. Street closures, park permits, temporary structures, health permits for food service: we know which office, which form, and how long it actually takes.

Do you provide staffing?

We staff everything we produce: brand ambassadors, production assistants, check-in teams, runners, and showcallers, all sourced and managed by our staffing lead. Our people are trained on your brand before they ever meet a guest, which is the entire point of having them. Staffing is scoped per project and disclosed up front.

Do you travel outside Miami?

Constantly. Miami is home base, but we produce nationally: festivals, conferences, launches, wherever the audience is. Travel and lodging for our team bill as passthrough costs, and we have vendor relationships in most major markets, so we are not landing cold.

Who owns the creative?

You do. Everything we design for your brand, concepts, renderings, copy, is yours, and we hand over all files at the end of the engagement. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio, because we are proud of it, but the creative itself belongs to the client who paid for it.

How do you measure success?

We define it with you before we spend a dollar: foot traffic, samples distributed, leads captured, social impressions, press hits, sales lift, whatever maps to your objective. Then we build reporting around those metrics, not vanity numbers. If we cannot measure it, we will tell you that during scoping, not after the invoice.

Can you work with our internal team or agency of record?

All the time. We frequently operate as the experiential arm inside a bigger machine, collaborating with internal marketing teams and agencies of record. We are easy to brief, allergic to turf wars, and happy to let someone else take the bow. The work is the point.

What do you need from us to start?

A conversation. We will ask about your objective, your audience, your timeline, and your budget range, and we will be honest about fit within the first call. If we are not the right team, we will tell you who is. If we are, you will have a proposal with scope, timeline, and investment within days, not weeks.

Do you do fabrication in-house?

We design and art-direct everything, and we build through a trusted network of fabricators, scenic shops, and print vendors we have worked with for years. This keeps us nimble and keeps you from paying for our warehouse. Every vendor is managed by our producers as if they were in-house, because on show day, they are.
